Section 1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3tk10 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") governing your use of all products, services, features, content, and functionality offered through the 3tk10 platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors.

3tk10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the 3tk10 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall legal framework governing your use of 3tk10.

Section 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a player account on 3tk10, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee of 3tk10, nor an immediate family member of such an employee;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 3tk10 or from any other gambling platform where your self-exclusion status remains active;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3tk10 employs age verification procedures to confirm that players meet the minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, we will suspend the relevant account pending verification. If verification fails, the account will be permanently closed and any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned, minus any bonuses claimed and any winnings generated, which shall be forfeited in their entirety.

It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms. 3tk10 recommends the use of parental control software on devices that may be accessible to persons under the age of 18.

Section 3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money features on the 3tk10 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. The required information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 3tk10. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 3tk10 reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, confiscate any remaining balances, and void all pending withdrawals and bonus credits.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 3tk10 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 3tk10 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

3tk10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide supporting documentation at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when triggered by automated risk-assessment procedures. Acceptable documentation includes a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

Section 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3tk10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. 3tk10 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 3tk10 account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the selected payment method and the processing times of the relevant financial institution. 3tk10 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which 3tk10 bears no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your 3tk10 account must be from a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited. Where a third-party payment is identified, 3tk10 reserves the right to return the deposit to the originating payment source and close the account.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. VIP members receive priority processing with typical withdrawal times of under 15 minutes. 3tk10 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times where necessary.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 3tk10 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, less any applicable conversion fees charged by the payment processor. 3tk10 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

Section 5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

3tk10 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket accumulator boosts, cashback offers, and VIP-exclusive seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by 3tk10 carry a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the relevant promotion details. Players are advised to review these requirements carefully before accepting any bonus.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. The following actions will result in immediate forfeiture of any active bonus and associated winnings: creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; use of a bonus in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play (including systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk); misrepresentation of identity or eligibility; and any form of collusion or coordinated play.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue, within which the applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied. Unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the player's account along with any winnings derived from them. The specific expiry period for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.4 VIP Programme

3tk10's VIP loyalty programme comprises eight tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Diamond Plus, Diamond Elite, and VIP Magenta. Tier advancement is based on cumulative qualifying wagering activity over a rolling assessment period. The specific wagering thresholds, tier benefits, cashback rates, and withdrawal priority levels associated with each tier are published on the 3tk10 VIP programme page and may be updated from time to time at the Company's discretion. Tier status may be downgraded if a player's activity falls below the minimum qualifying threshold for their current tier during a reassessment period.

Section 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 3tk10 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within each product section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific product rule and these general Terms, the specific product rule shall prevail in relation to that product only. 3tk10 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds or under conditions that resulted from a technical error, data feed failure, or clearly incorrect pricing.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on 3tk10 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, ICC events, The Ashes, and other major domestic and international cricket competitions. All cricket bets are governed by the cricket-specific rules published within the sportsbook section. Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity and real-time odds availability. 3tk10 reserves the right to suspend live cricket markets at any time during a match where data integrity cannot be guaranteed.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games on the 3tk10 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live human dealers sourced from licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information section. 3tk10 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so; all outcomes are determined entirely by the respective game provider's certified RNG systems.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

3tk10 applies maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits. These limits vary by product type, VIP tier, and payment method, and are disclosed within the cashier section of the platform. Where a player's winnings in any single session exceed the applicable maximum payout limit, 3tk10 reserves the right to pay out winnings in instalments. The applicable maximum payout for jackpot prizes is stated within the individual jackpot game rules.

Section 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3tk10 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC process;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the 3tk10 platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, including poker-style games;
• Using the 3tk10 platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is in violation of anti-money laundering laws;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without a legitimate basis, which constitutes fraud;
• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts or using systematic low-risk wagering strategies exclusively to clear wagering requirements;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.

Section 8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 3tk10 account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 3tk10 will process any outstanding withdrawal of verified eligible funds within the standard processing timeframe. Any active bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Closure by 3tk10

3tk10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC; detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or any other circumstance where 3tk10 determines that maintaining the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion through 3tk10's responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit funds, or place wagers. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by our support team and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive calendar months of inactivity — defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity. 3tk10 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. If an account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3tk10 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, data loss, system downtime, or errors in betting markets. 3tk10's total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3tk10 account during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through 3tk10's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the jurisdiction agreed upon between the parties in writing. 3tk10 endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly.
