Section 2 Age Restriction Policy (18+)

3tk10 operates a strict 18+ age policy across all of its products and services. Real-money betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and all other wagering features on the platform are available exclusively to adults aged 18 years and above. This policy applies to all players in Bangladesh without exception.

During account registration, all players are required to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. Before processing any withdrawal request or granting full account functionality, 3tk10 conducts identity verification (KYC) that requires documentary proof of age — accepted documents include Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, and driving licence. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended until adequate documentation is submitted.

Section 3 Deposit & Wagering Limits

Taking control of your spending is one of the most effective responsible gaming strategies available. 3tk10 allows every player to set personal deposit limits at three time-based levels: daily (resets at midnight BST), weekly (resets each Monday at 00:00 BST), and monthly (resets on the 1st of each calendar month). To set or adjust your deposit limits, navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Deposit Limits after logging in to your 3tk10 account. Changes that reduce your current limit take effect immediately. Changes that increase your limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period, during which you can reconsider the decision. This asymmetry is deliberate — it makes it easy to protect yourself and harder to override that protection in a moment of impulse.

In addition to deposit limits, 3tk10 offers optional wagering (loss) limits that cap the total amount you can lose within a given period. If you reach your wagering limit, you will be unable to place further real-money bets until the limit period resets or you submit a formal request to adjust it — with the same 24-hour delay applied to any increases.

Section 4 Time-Out & Session Controls

Sometimes all you need is a short break to reset your perspective. 3tk10's time-out feature allows you to temporarily suspend your account for a defined cooling-off period. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or participate in promotions. All scheduled promotional emails and SMS notifications are also paused for the duration of the time-out.

Available time-out durations are: 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. You can activate a time-out at any time via Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Take a Break, or by contacting support at [email protected]. Once activated, a time-out cannot be reversed before it expires — this is an intentional design choice to give your cooling-off period the protection it needs.

Session reminders complement the time-out feature by delivering periodic in-game notifications that inform you of how long your current session has been running and your net outcome for that session. These reminders do not interrupt gameplay but appear as a non-dismissible overlay at your chosen intervals, encouraging you to make a conscious, informed decision about whether to continue or stop.

Section 5 Self-Exclusion Programme

If you believe that your gambling has become or is becoming a problem, self-exclusion is the most powerful tool available to you on 3tk10. Self-exclusion results in a full, non-reversible suspension of your account for your chosen period. Unlike a time-out, self-exclusion cannot be reversed mid-period under any circumstances — this rigidity is a fundamental part of what makes it effective.

3tk10 offers the following self-exclusion durations: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the following actions are taken immediately and automatically:

• All access to your 3tk10 account is blocked.
• All pending withdrawal requests are processed and paid out to your verified payment method.
• All marketing and promotional communications are permanently suspended for the exclusion period.
• Your account will not be reactivated before the exclusion period expires, regardless of requests from you or any third party.
• Any funds remaining in your account at the time of self-exclusion are held securely and returned to you at the end of the exclusion period (or immediately for permanent exclusions).
